Purchasing my designs gives you the right to physically stitch out these
designs using an embroidery machine. Purchaser may stitch the designs on
items for personal use, gifts and/or other items. The designs themselves may
not be reproduced in any way that means; you may NOT share, sell, compile,
upload, loan, or otherwise distribute the design file or modify design files
derived from the original design file except to add text.

You do NOT OWN the designs, you own the RIGHTS to stitch out the
designs on items for personal use, to sell, and to give away.

You may change colors and resize up or down by 10% as needed. Circle C
Designs will not be held liable for damages or losses incurred as a result of
resizing or editing.

All of the Embroidery Designs are hand drawn and digitized by Mary, at
Circle C Ent. Inc using legally purchased images that are the inspiration for
each design. I work very hard to insure that I produce a quality design.
Should you have any problems please feel free to contact me, customer
feedback is always appreciated.

Because of the electronic nature of these designs and the possibility to be
easily reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you had a problem with a
design, contact me immediately and I will do what I can to make it right.
